Paint Overspray Removal Services in Los Angeles
Removing Unwanted Paint from Your Vehicle.
Do you see tiny unwanted color specks on your vehicle? It’s overspray paint.
If you’ve noticed different color specks on your vehicle, or rubbed your hand on your paint and noticed it feels gritty, you most likely have overspray. Maybe you’ve driven over fresh asphalt/tar, parked near a construction site, or suffered the aftermath of an act of vandalism. Overspray can be on your vehicle’s clear coat, glass, trim, or even wheels.
Overspray is a mist of very light paint and can easily be carried by wind. These tiny paint particles can float onto surfaces and harden up. By then, they’re going to need more than just a quick wash to eliminate.
Removing overspray can be an easy or difficult task. It all depends on the surface the overspray has landed on, and the type of paint. Even though we’re careful with the removal method, it may cause minor marring to your paint. If marring happens, we’ll have to give the area a light polish in order to get it removed. If the area has been aggressively scratched by someone attempting to remove the overspray, it creates additional work for us. At this point, we’ll have to use a harsher method of paint correction to remove the swirls and/or scratches you or someone else may have created. This service requires a Wash & Wax in order to remove any dirt or contamination on top of the paint.

I clay bar my vehicle’s paint, but the overspray is still there. What are my options now?
When we perform our Wash & Wax, clay bar service is part of the package in order to remove any contamination off the paint. Nonetheless, to remove overspray we take a different approach.
